Bedtime Stories – One of A Kind
At first, I thought I would be sleeping through the movie. Bedtime Stories – what do you expect?
Anyway, that didn’t happen. What happened was, with my eyes wide awake, I was surprised to see that Adam Sandler still has some humour sense in this movie. I thought he has no sense of humour but this movie proved it wrong.
It was hilarious, seriously…
The kids telling stories that is real in real life. How would you want the story end?
Of course, without Bugsy, none of the humour would be successful.
Meet Bugsy:
Go watch Bedtime Stories and have a laugh…
Wordle – Fun Way To Play With Words
This is created using Wordle.net, an application that allows us to play with words. Get a group of words together and spin them into this creative artwork. Share it with friends and public.
The picture above is actually part of the lyrics from Beyonce’s ‘If I Were A Boy’ song.
Just want to capture the meaning of the songs in a simple way.
Try it, perhaps you will get addicted to it.
Go Experience Harry Potter
Are you a Harry Potter fan with loads of cash to dispose? Perhaps it is time for you to go on a Harry Potter tour.
Ok, I am not joking. This is serious. Apparently, you can book for a Harry Potter trip through HPFanTrips.
The only problem is you have to fork out a few thousands for the trip.
However, you get to experience being a witch / wizard. Perhaps this is the most memorable trip you will ever had.
There are four packages:
London Movie – July 15-19, 2009
- Adult Trip – 5 days/4 nights – $1,949 per person*
Edinburgh–London Experience – July 10-19, 2009
- Adult Trip – 10 days/9 nights – $3,199 per person*
London Movie – July 15-19, 2009
- Family Trip – 5 days/4 nights – $2,199 per person*
Edinburgh–London Experience – July 11-19, 2009

Look at the pricing…
Would you go on such a trip even if you are a HP die hard fan?
Seriously, maybe you should just spend less than $10 for a movie ticket and enjoy the movie in the cinema.
If you have loads of $$$, go on this trip. Imagine yourself as “Harry”, “Hermione” and “Ron” throughout the trip or other characters you like.
Going or not? Let’s tell here…
You can get more information from About.
Free Rice For The Hungry Ones
How do you feel if your kids are not getting enough to eat and die of hunger?
Sad, disappointed, helpless, clueless, poor – these are what they feel…
What if there is a way for you to give free rice for the needy ones without having to pay a cent?
Free Rice is giving out ‘free rice’ for the hungry ones especially those in war zones and third world countries.
All you have to do is answer questions on Free Rice site. You will donate 10 grains of rice for each question you answer.
Just check out Free Rice and answer as many questions as possible to donate even more rice for those poor and needy.
By answering those questions, you gain more knowledge so it is a win-win situation. You have nothing to lose but more to gain. Help them out by playing everyday. Spend about 10 minutes and you probably get to donate more than 1000 grains of rice.
It is time to test your knowledge and start helping other people. This is the easy way. At least you are just spending a few minutes a day to play.
Movies 2009 – What’s Your Pick
With a long list of movies coming up in 2009, what’s your pick for the year?
Over 700 movies are being released for 2009. Check out MovieWeb for a full list of the movies.
However, as for my Top 10 out of the list (not in order):
1. Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (January) - Kate Beckinsale is hot
2. Inkheart (January) – got to love the story line
3. S. Darko (no release date announced) – I watched Donnie Darko a few days ago
4. Sherlock Holmes (November) – I guess because he is famous
5. Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (July) – funny
6. The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (no release date announced) – think Heath Ledger
7. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (June) – must watch the sequel
8. Angels & Demons (May) – If you like Da Vinci Code, this should be good
9. X-Men Origins: Wolverine (May) – Mutant is always interesting
10. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (July) – Ah.. JK Rowling.. Harry Potter.. Hermione.. and Ron..
Overall, I would say that 2009 is packed with great movies. A movie-goer like me would totally enjoy watching in the cinema, if only the cinema could have cheaper tickets or else, more $$$ fly away in 2009…
