Yearblook – Another Digg?
What is Yearblook?
Now, something tells me that this is gonna be similar to Digg or Blogengage, where you submit your blog post for people to digg and engage. Yes, it is the same concept but the catch here is that they will pick the best post for the day, every day for the whole year.
It means, for each day of the year, they will pick one best post so that they can compile it into one big book that has 365 best posts.
There will be rewards too for the best post, $100 if the person submit the post is also the author or else it will be split into 50:50 if the person submit someone else’s post so to be fair for both of them, one who submit, one who write.
Now, isn’t this gonna make you all sign up so to see if any of your post will be able to get into the Big Book?

Stumble Upon – How I Stumbled Upon it
Every blogger knows Stumble Upon, or at least almost every bloggers know about it.
Stumble Upon came to me alongside with Technorati & Digg but at that time I was more interested in Technorati and Digg, leaving Stumble Upon aside.
It was not my intention to leave it aside but I was getting so excited with Digg and Technorati that time, I almost forget about everything else in my life.
Suddenly, last weekend, Stumble Upon came to my mind and I thought how come I forgotten about its existence.
Anyway, I am now a proud member of Stumble Upon but the truth is now, I am not so into Stumble Upon, maybe it is not so appealing to me at the moment.
I am hooked up with Blog Catalog at the moment. Edit: Hahaha! – no more. I am no longer hooked on to BC.
Anyway, talking about Stumble Upon, it is a very good application. You can stumble upon to blogs of your interests and you can vote whether you like it or not. Maybe, if you like it so much you can write review about that blog. How is this sounds like? Interesting?
All you have to do is register as a member and download the SU toolbar and then you can start stumbling blogs of your favourites (and not so favourite).
Simple as ABC and why don’t you get started now?
Edit 17/7/09: Yes, I am so much addicted to Stumble Upon that I have made it a point to use it almost everyday. Love it.
